Credit Card Default Prediction based on Machine Learning Techniques

In recent years, with the development of society and economy, credit cards have been popularized due to their low interest rate easy payment. However, advent epidemic era, unemployment has increased, making probability card defaults rising. The prediction default helps banks financial institutions balance risk economic interests, contributes stable healthy industry, plays an important role in bank control. Therefore, this paper addresses problem by using Random forest, Decision tree, LightGBM, XGBoost, Logistic regression, Adaboost models make predictions compare results. outcomes demonstrate that LightGBM algorithm most outstanding score, its AUC value can reach 0.78 recall reaches 0.95.
